  • Check In: between 5pm and 9pm or by arrangement
  • Check Out: by 10am or by arrangement
  • We regret we do not take children under 12 years of age.
  • Room rates are inclusive of full English breakfast.
  • Book 6 nights and get the 7th night free.
  • Alternatively, after 3 nights get a 15% discount for the remainder of your stay.
  • Bookings can be made in advance, and we ask for a minimum of £50 non refundable deposit per room.
  • Payment is by cash or cheque supported by the relevant banker's card. We unfortunately are not able to accept credit cards.
  • We have a no smoking policy at 'Byleat on Dartmoor' and would ask guests for their fullest understanding.
  • We regret that we do not cater for pets with the exception of those that can be confined to their owners' cars. Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the property and must be exercised off the property. We do have a woodland footpath leading to the Moor adjacent to the house.
